For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returned products or exchanges.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging.
To start a refund, first, you can contact us at beauty@dollhousebotanicals.com. Please include the reason for your return along with a clear photo of the product in bright lighting, along with the name and address assigned to the order so that we can verify your purchase. Please ensure that all spelling is correct.
Photos that have been altered, filtered, or AI-enhanced will not be eligible for refund.
After we have verified your purchase, your refund will be distributed.
You can request a refund for: orders that arrive broken, opened, or damaged, receiving the wrong/incorrect order
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
